The soft pressure of the grapes just harvested, the fermentation at a controlled temperature, the union of the traditional methods and the modern technologies, the cold stabilisation and the sterile bottling of the wine allow us to reach the only one object: the smile of the customer.

Just in this way we extract, from our best grapes, sensations for the most exigent palates, which the wine lovers know well and can appreciate.In our land, characterised by white tufa land mixed with the right quantity of clay and above all a land exposed to the summer sun, vineyards can find the best presupposition of cultivation. From fifty years old vines, after an accurate thinning out of the grapes at the beginning of the colour change, we obtain a low yield of grapes per hectare, in this way we increase the quality.
The harvest in the cases, after a selection, allows the grapes to arrive perfectly integral in the wine cellar.

Our production consists of 11 types of wine, the red ones that are full-bodied and intense, and the white ones fresh and fruity; we also have Moscato and Passito.
With our wines MOSCATO D'ASTI D.O.C.G. and BARBERA D'ASTI D.O.C we participated in some enological competition, with positive results, obtaining many rewards.
This success is due to the great experience of our cellar master and to the passion which stimulates us to produce piedmont wines where quality is a tradition.
